ALL BENGAL DOCTORS ASSOCIATION OF BIOCHEMIC MEDICINES

1. The Association was incorporated under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act 1961, on August 13, 2002 with Registration No.S/IL/11086 of 2002-2003 to propagate the principles, the unique medical concepts, the dtility and the sustenability of Dr Schussler's Biochemistry for healing the suffering people.
2. When the Association was formed, its founder members comprised of seven persons only. To-day, it consists of about 400 qualified doctors who are engaged in practice with these curative Tissue Salt Remedies, which are essential to healthy living, especially in suburbs. So the success marks the steady progress of the Association aptly.
3. The Registered Office of the Association is situated at 9/1HP Kolkata-700050, P.S. Sinthee; the Administrative Office-F, 15 Mondal Temple Lane, New Alipore Governing Body Meetings & Monthly Therapeuti 112 Akhil Mistry Lane, Kolkata-700009 behind Surendranath college.
4. The Association remains in regular touch with Bio-chemic Councils & Colleges in West Bengal and other States for implementation of the comprehensive Syllabus for Diploma Course on the Medical System, which has been passed on to the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi.
5. QUARTERLY JOURNALS ON BIO-SALTS & HEALTH are being printed, published, and circulated, with registration from RNI, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, New Delhi, from the first quarter of the year 2010, and are also being transmitted ONLINE in PDF form to the interested persons.
6. Every year, with effect from 2007, the Association brings out multicoloured Souvenir and organizes a Scientific Seminar in celebration of Birthday of Dr Schussler, the Father of the Bio-chemic Method of Treatment which originated in Germany.
7. The Tissue Salts remove toxins, eliminate dead cells & wastes, take care of water balance& equilibrium of the cell-minerals, form the blood, lymphelectrolyte, new healthy cells, create electric energy, do cell- metabolism, and prevent fatal diseases by supplying adequate cell-nutrition in the form of iron, oxygen, calcium, sodium, potassium, platelets.
8. The Association considers itself blessed by availing of Joint Meeting with DHR, AYUSH Ministry, ICMR, CCH, CCRH and Bio-chemic Councils on March 30, 2017 in New Delhi when Ministry of AYUSH agreed to sanction recognition to Bio-chemic System of Medicine as a Specialized Branch of Homoeopathy after observing necessary formalities.
9. The Association shall conduct charitable activities occasionally by arranging camps at different places for free treatment of the poor with these remedies after the Government of India recognizes the pathy formally inasmuch as The Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions) has registered the Association u/s 12A of Income Tax Act vide Unique Registration Number (URN) AACAA1483G/10/15-16/S-0124 and the approval is valid in perpetuity w.e.f. 05.10.2015. So the donation made to the Association by.A/c payee cheque shall qualify for deduction u/s 80G (5) (VI) of Income Tax Act 1961.
